The Cornish Fusion Fish Company is dedicated to creating the finest and freshest fish dishes and menus for all your events, large or small. We are based in Newlyn, South West Cornwall home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the UK, and like nothing more than ‘popping down to the early morning market’ to buy the day’s catch for an event.

We specialise in Seafood Paella, Sushi and Sashimi, Fish Chowders, Home Cured Gravalax, Fish Barbeques, Monkfish Kebabs, Crab and Lobster, Kedgeree, as well as delicious meat options and amazing desserts...
...we also run tailor made sushi classes.

Cornish Fusion Fish have the largest paella pans in the South West and will bring OUR kitchen to YOUR event – we are able to serve up to 400 portions of fabulous seafood paella per hour (vegetarian and meat options too) combining authentic Spanish and local ingredients.

Cornish Fusion Fish are proud to offer the highest professional standards and even under extreme pressure we maintain minute attention to detail, guaranteeing our clients and their guests have a great experience. We are personal licence holders and can provide a fully stocked bar.
