It's cold in Spain. Time then for some warming and filling soups. Fresh ingredients are plentiful all over Spain and it is easy to produce great soups. Some you will have heard of, others are unheard of outside of Spain. Here's a recipe for a soup that is incredibly popular with Andalucians. Not my first choice of soup, but each to their own.
