torta de patata; simple...........fry potatos in 'rodajas',put some eggs in a bowl (number up to you) and beat. Use one of those covered double frying pans for best results in frying torta. You can add onion,garlic,chorizo,all three....whatever! It's delicious any way.
Fry in the double frying pan,turning at times. You won't get many pincos left over.
torta de acelga.
ingredients; acelga,eggs,grated cheese,breadcrumbs,garlic,salt,pepper.
mix all together. you can either fry small tortillitas or a big torta. Scrumptious!!!!!
Thanks for the quick recipes Hector - I'm definitely going to try 'Torta de Acelga' which is a new one for me. Just to clarify, 'acelga' is chard or Swiss chard - as far as I know!
